Thirty-one years experience in field service and startup of sweetener ion exchange and separation equipment in addition to working on Research and Development of Chromatographic Separation Systems. Ten years as Sweetener Service Manager at IWT. Five years as Sweetener Process Consultant for IWT until 1997.
Robert Burke
Twenty-two years experience in field service and start-up of liquid treatment and separation equipment. Specialties include Ion Exchange, Clarifiers, Reverse Osmosis, Ultra Filtration, Sweetener Processing and Chromatographic Separation. Three years operator Waste Water Systems. Four years as field service engineer at IWT. Five years as water treatment consultant at Compuspec.
Frank Grindey
Forty-one years process design experience of specialty ion exchange/adsorption systems for food as well as non-food applications. Vice President of Techni-Chem, Inc. directing pilot testing and scale up of production equipment until 1999.
John Scott
Thirty-six years of experience in sales and project engineer. Seven years with Integrated Separation Solutions (ISS) as Sr. Process/Mechanical Project Engineer & Field Service Manager, then Regional Sales Manager and finally National Sales Manager. Nine years as Senior Process/Project Engineer for Environmental Dynamics Corporation (EDC). Four years as Territory Rep for Simone Engineering. Sixteen years as Design Engineer, Cost Estimator and Senior Process/Project Engineer for IWT.
Mahendra Kapani
Forty years experience in Process/Project Engineering for Water Treatment and Specialty Ion Exchange/Adsorption Systems for food and non-food applications. Seven years with Integrated Separation Solutions (ISS) as Senior Chemical Engineer, 5 years as President of Kapani Consulting. One year with Advanced Separation Technology, Inc. (ASTI) as Manager of Engineering Services. Nineteen years witht Illinois Water Treatment (IWT) as Mechanical Project Engineer, Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, Chief Mechanical Engineer and Manager of Engineering Service. Two years with Continental Water Conditioning Corporation as Process/Design Engineer.
